Which is a homemade flour perfectly crisp tortilla stuffed with shredded melted cheese with any fresh , rich , mouth watering meat of your liking, with a touch of celantro, organic ,diced onions and ripped tomatoes and lastly with a drizzle of either sala roja or verde . *muah*AMAZING. I have been to carnicería la mía for 17 years now, and let me tell you that it is the most spotless , friendliest and cultural market/deli I've ever been to. I know the owner and my brother has been working their for basically his whole entire life and he states it's very sanitary , and everything is very high quality especially the meat.
